Personal Training 

Exercise programs for a lifetime.

My first passion is personal training, and since 1996 I have woven aspects of PT into working with clients. My main goal as a personal trainer is to enhance my client’s health through a personalized approach, thereby empowering them to get in shape and look great so that they feel confident, sleek and sexy. 

I have experienced working with clients of all fitness levels and creating unique, individualized programs based on their specific needs.  It’s my deepest desire that each one of my clients meets their fitness and weight loss goals, and therefore makes it my #1 priority to motivate and inspire them to excel beyond their imagination.

My workouts consist of overall conditioning with strength and functional training, and cardiovascular resistance. Because of my commitment to continue my fitness and health education, I stay current on new trends and courses as they arise, like Kettlebell, TRX ®and Power Plate®. I am a private personal trainer and offer in-home personal training, and an available for personal training in NYC.
Before starting the program, we will determine your body condition through a Physical Assessment. The program will be designed depending on your goals and will be constantly updated, challenging your limits.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM (The National Academy of Sports Medicine).My background in Physical Education began when I graduated with a BA in Physical Education from The School of Physical Education of Santo Andre, Brazil, in 1996. In addition, I am awarded a specialization in Exercise Physiology from the Federal University of Sao Paulo in 1999.
