My first passion is Physical Education, and since 1996, I've incorporated Personal Training into my work with clients. As your trainer, my primary goal is to enhance your health through a personalized approach.

My workouts focus on overall conditioning, integrating strength and functional training, as well as cardiovascular endurance. Each program is tailored to suit your fitness level and designed to challenge you in a safe and effective way.

I have experience working with clients at every stage of their fitness journey, and I specialize in creating unique, individualized programs based on specific needs. My goal is to ensure that each of my clients meets their fitness objectives. I make it my top priority to motivate and inspire you to exceed your expectations.

I am dedicated to staying current on the latest fitness trends and continuing education, ensuring that my clients receive the best possible training. I offer in-home personal training in the Issaquah area, WA, as well as online sessions for convenience.

Your Personalized Program
Before we start your program, we'll conduct a Physical Assessment to determine your current condition. Based on your goals, I will design a customized plan that will evolve and adapt to keep you challenged and progressing.

Certifications and Qualifications
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM (The National Academy of Sports Medicine).
I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and a specialization in Exercise Physiology.
